well i dont really know how well i can answer this but using a third party site dedicated to guild wars as a medium to sell items for ingame money...
agreed. u can open 10 while waiting for the SD dialogue to be finished if ur doing SD like crazy. otherwise i open my gifts about every 12-25...

make sure u bring a necro hero. disable snow down the shirt skill then flag hero behind the captain of opposing team. ull want to activate 6-7...
ok a question where do we turn in our shards that we get from the wintersday gifts. especially the wintersday gift giver?
well it will definitely allow ppl to get their party/booze/sweet titles done but i think they need to introduce more holiday prizes that we can...
buying the pet unlock wont get u them u have to physically get them urself. ( i bought the pet unlock earlier today)
i dont think they are going to add another one this year but the event is still young they may surprise us
