meh, if this wasn't done, all u had to do anyways was constantly remake pvp chars.
pre u can do once a day while post u can do only once a week. u knew that though i'm sure ;-)
they also made the combat quest repeatable which is really nice as well ;-)
just play through the game some more and rewards from quest and seliing drops will get u there eventually.

Do Varajar Fells with The Path to Revelations quest. using con sets, takes about an hour and 15min, get around 35k rep in a good run. got 40k rep...
