vanquishing. go through all the luxon areas at least once to find which one gives u the most points for ur time and then vanquish it over and over...

ur best off picking a known spawning location close to a zone point and re-zoning over and over until he actually does spawn.

ferndale u can knock out pretty quick with 2 repeatable quests for 400 faction each and 300+ enemies. close to 25k a vanq

lot's of melee u have, go for more caster. i agree with Morkai =) sabway is also good for about anything ;-)
