Wow, another title. Here we go again. It looks like for Anerf PVP-ers are more important than the PVE players. Personally I hate this update.

This is what I do to get that cracked armor. Brawling Headbutt > Low Blow > Body Blow with an IAS of course and maybe add bleeding (sword)...
