well its 14% witch is not max in % but this axe could sell for 100 to 300k if you ask for more i dont think u will get more but i dunno everything heh
personally the sword would sell for around 10 to 50k if i was you id slavage it and take off the pummel the pummel of hp is worth 100 to 200k.
