Zealous bow string is great for regaining energy. -1 energy degen is worth +1 energy on hit. why? Barrage. and with 13 in expertise it's golden.

I've tried using air attunement and fire attunement and I'm getting the same results. All the spells I used that are attuned still cost...

i find the scrolls useless. by the time you get them, you're already at level 20. and it's not like i'm burning through my skill...

My guess is that to make it so pvp players get all skill points refunded after every match would take a major coding change to the core engine,...
