you should really stay on the sulfurous wastes, so you will farm both sunspear and lightbringer title, and it's the easiest place to farm

i use DPS when i'm on normal mode, for HM i run FomF, and on some difficult areas where i think that my party will get wiped i run Rebirth

does the drop rate of greens is increase in hard mode? or it's the same as in normal mode?

channeling/resto all the way, spirit spam won't help you on pve

I'd put Shell Shock instead of Enervating Charge, take out res sig for the sunspear one, and your build is finished
