You can't get a fire wand with 20/20, and I don't know if they stack or not.

Uw is Underworld, which is past the end of the game.

1. In the Uw, when you finish a quest there, a chest with a black widow inside drops. 2. Go to any tamer, and they will get rid of it.

The problem with this is that it would increase the bragging. "HA HA I AM LEVEL 100 WHILE YOU ARE ONLY 50, I AM SO LEET AND GODLY". There...

It all depends on you. Quests give you items and skills, but aren't necessary, while missions just give you exp and foward the plot.

I don't believe there is a way to have more than one 20/20, as I don't think wands give 20/20.
