Just the CPU/memory usage for gw.exe

Ok today I noticed a potentially major issue with GW. When GW is running in a window, it uses about 13% cpu usage, while parked in my guildhall....

It should be called Emily's Beach. We can reflect on that when we visit it, or go there when we have trials in real life.
