yea i ahve my earth ele run this alot. its very useful for guys liek the char swordsmen who move very VERY fast. It's great versus charr

I'd say it is a charr leader. I think this because of the larger char w/ double horns(more horns means greater exp in wisdom and fighting?)....

Also w/ that henchmen buff in pvp they left out zaishen elite if you ever did that. Thought that was kinda sad. But yea i cant really sumerize it...
