Yeah also he gives a Grim Cesta that increases cast speed and recharge of Soul Reaping skills...even though there aren't any soul reaping skills!

There's one at Droknar's Forge and one by the Traveler's Vale entrance to the Iron Horse Mine area ( this one gives an armor piece ).

Try the Crystal Desert collectors list, there are a few fire wands and foci there.

Yes but the two arrows are slightly weaker than a single arrow. Otherwise, they have all the effects a normal arrow would have.

What I do is go from Augury Rock, past the hydras to the teleporter, then south into Vulture. There aren't that many griffons and sand drakes...
