Same bug happened to me. I had to go outside the dungeon and come back in before I could kill those two and open the door to proceed.
We had the same problem. the update that just came out fixed it.

Violet Edge, it had crap stats but it's inscribable and req 9. Got it from the dungeon chest at Darkrime Delves.
it helps if you sorta 'pre-herd' the pigs before you start the quest. At least make sure 3 are near the entrance before you begin.
