your build is called malicious renewal... and your not using malicious strike which synergizes well with wearying strike?

dervish can function on its own, but it only gets better if you effectively use a secondary... wild blow - mystic sweep - eremites - protectors...

You can just take off your bp which is the only one that gives +hp and since it doesn't have +1 energy regen it won't really effect you....

wearying strike + signet of malice is a good combo. Not too stoked about the rest of your build though =P
