If I had to guess... 10k-25k depending on the buyer. Necros don't normally use enchantments too often.
No base dmg mod, but it is max... you can expect perhaps 100k+, probably more.
It's near perfect but has high tactics req... +30 hit points always and max chance DR. Should get you several hundred plat easy once you find...
