have you tried a re install without the -image? i know its a pain in the ass playing for the first day, but it might work.
you may aswell buy them if you need any consumable titles, you can always use them if the price doesn't go up enough to make the trading...
its just the surge in number of players. lots of people come back at events, as you can see by going to toa or la, dis numbers are much higher...
