Seeing this, I guess the main suggestion is for ArenaNet to provide some kind of documentation? Maybe a quickly-done rtf/pdf file with hotkey list?

Actually pre-ordering is free. The 5$ (20$ in my case) are just a deposit so you get the poster, the miniguide, the CD and the two keys for free....
