She's some ranger npc's pet who is supposed to lead you somewhere but i've never seen her show up outside the towns.

i found her cape in pos-searing also.... can't remember where though... shows as a salvage item....

don't worry about a full suit of ascalon armor, the damage reduction doesn't stack

shadowdaemon is right if it is improperly implemented but I know that the auction house in FF seemed to work pretty well.

if you sell them, sell them to players not NPCs... you'll get more money for them. if you are a war then the sword ponnel will work for you...
