Are you absolutely sure you need that Zealous bow string? You'd be able to pull off higher damage per arrow with a 5/-1 Vampiric string.

I remember getting hit with just Illusion of Pain once, from a not-so-friendly mob. And... it healed me for almost the same amount of damage it...
