Haven't found a single shop in NYC which has the bonus pack (or even a clue, what I am talking about). Made my preorder in a Gamestop shop...

Posted already in another thread, Best Buy and EBgames do not have the bonus pack in store today (at least not the stores in Chelsea here in NYC)....
