Well, a lot of people first time through like doing all the quests =P I'm on my third char and I still like doing all the quests XD

They recharge when you enter a new zone too, or enter a cutscene (I'm pretty sure about this, but not 100%).

Umm, if you're going to argue that water > air, at least present some arguments as to why?

Heal Party's 2 second cast time will probably get you and/or your team killed.

Not much point in using a mesmer primary unless you're going to take advantage of fast casting. (Or you like the lingerie armor =P) A...

Wouldn't it be better to go as a monk secondary and pack the condition remover and hex remover? Storm chaser really doesn't seem necessary...

Well, might not matter much if you're a monk, because they're so rare. However, since I have no way of knowing anyone's skill level,...

For PvE it doesnt' matter much, but for PvP I'd go for a collector staff with +5 defense on each component giving you a total of +10...

I'd be somewhat wary of lower level characters too, not because I automaticaly assume they suck, but because they have less hp =P
