As far as I know, green drop weekend only effects Canthan bosses. I think it states on the log in screen under announcments.

Your a ranger so I'd say B/P Tombs or FoW. For me it's duo'ing the UW with my SS Necro and my mate brings his 55hp monk. We get 1-2-3...
