I was getting it up until a few minutes ago. It seems to have sped back up though.

All of these people are correct. It is in the Iron Mines of Moladune. You would have found this out if you just play through though.

Sell full stacks of them (250) for big prices. People will generally pay more if they are all together because they like doing it all at once,...

It isn't a bug. They were playing in the arena as level 10 and they leveled while on that team. 90% chance that they have Forge armor.

If you took a screenshot of him bragging, you could send it to anet and they would probably take action.
