A Mesmer can shut down any class permanently. It's much more trickier with more than one target, though. (Just clarifying above post.) But...

Any sort of Cripple Shot + Hitting the Warrior = Pwned Warrior.

How can it be a 55 monk when there's Vital Blessing in it? PvE, all right.
