I'm a Fast Casting Water Ele; so I have Enchanter Armor with Flint's Wand and Focus. Pretty rare, I guess.

My build is pretty similar except for a few things: I'm a Me/E, so that's 12 Water Magic and 15 Fast Cast (the rest is irrelevant) I use...

I thought Mantra of Recall didn't stack. Does it? Cause its recast timer enables you to recast right as it goes out.
