I dont think that scourge healing would or should activate healing seed but I dont see why healing seed wouldn't or shouldn't activate...

The energy and req are the same as the collector's focus, however, the collector's focus would have 20% chance of improved casting speed...

I'd say 25-35k depending on buyer. Its high req and the damage bonus mod isnt great. If you can push for more then great. Hope this helps.

Nice build Yukito. My only suggestion is that you change your strength from 15 to 13. Two superior runes is really going to affect your health....
