These ghosts have low armor and are very easy to kill. 1 MS will trigger their IoW, throw in a Rodgort's Invo and they should be toast.

I glyph MS without Ele Attunement, so I would think you can get away with AEchoing it easily - Just cast AEcho ~5 seconds before a fight begins....
