Minor usefulness with Heal Party spamming, with 2 sup runes you might be able to keep your health level. I agree, too much sacrifice.

I did it with oath EoE and fertile season on my ranger, just aswell as we had one human Mo/W spamming breeze, HP and HO.. self heals were well used
