Try a different skill instead of spear of lightning.. I can't remember that well but i'm not sure the +25% penetration would go through...

Would this work with an ele? What armour level do they have? I'm thinking deep freeze, ice spikes, earthquake or fire magic.

No energy management, melee-range squishy that relies on an enchantment to do damage.. no thanks.

As a PvPer, no. The system is unfair and outdated. I'm undecided whether there should be some restriction, but PvP shouldn't be it.

I think the point is that there is little point not to spec in tactics, making it useless.

Dead-end idea. Play pure assassin until you know what you're doing. Or even better, pick a different class for starters, IMO.

They were reset on the 19th of january, the only time they have been reset ever.
