Not very much outside of the fact that they're req 9 str armor 16 shields. Always, enchanted, and stance mods are preferred over hexed.

I think 10/9's are still worth 9-11k. 10/8's sell for 5-7k. 10/10's are still around 30k.

Like others have said, 1k is standard price.
