This is old as time (or rather about a week ago). Now when NPCs are your allies and they go off screen they show as lvl255 sometimes.

Serpent Axes are in the Stickied topic and even if 15 (while in stance) for that req isnt listed, its pretty simple to come to around a baseline...

Its Not Max Dmg, so its worth whatever the merchant will give you for it :\ BTW Santino - Upgradable Mods are almost NEVER factored into the price...
