With such huge amount of mobs you should consider taking Epidemic and hitting with blind and deep wound -> both extremely effective conditions....

I just do like Tormentor top, Bonelace leggings, Scars on hands and feet (or Bloodstained on feet) and it's fine. But the 20+ damage hurts......
