Yeah...try the client of the GW website but also disable/close any firewalls and also check that your router allows TCP port 6112 and TCP port 80.

Thor, disable/close your firewall and try it. If it doesn't work, try re-installing GW.

Have you got a Firewall up? Disable it as it might be blocking the ports GW uses.

If it's not installing what Registrys is there to delete?
