Ofcourse not. And if Anet wants to make certain titles account based then the max cap should be increased. Like double of what it is now.

PvE is broken big time. But I couldn't care less. A few skills need a fix and prices get a boost because people can't play elite...

I've been playing PvP since the beginning. That's what keeps me playing GW. PvE is boring and easy, especially when you have a GWAMM.

You don't really need to bring these skills. You can easily avoid all the enemies that have "shock" and most of the time you will be...
