Process? You do the quest, its an axe of fortitude with a charr slaying attribute too (so 2x suffix). Add the first enchant mod and it overwrites...

axe isnt common? axe is like the most common spec for pvp wars. dont have a lot of experience with hammer, but for organized pvp it seems like it...
