I dont think you can change their names... but do you have more than one pet for you or for your ranger hero??

Imo deleting chars doesnt solve your problem, just focus on your favorite char(s) for awhile.

Well, i dont know why this is happening, but i suggest you report it to anet via their supportpages...

Some cd-keys come with bonusitems (depends on the "version" of gw)... but usually they have to be obtained via the /bonusitems emote.
