Never had any problems finding groups for UW/FoW even though i usually play pretty late at night, so you shouldn't have to worry about that....

Got a req 8 15>50 fellblade a week ago... Only good drop i ever got there though, except for some chest drops.

I would say that the best way is just to keep farming higher level mobs. Pick up everything and learn what materials and how much of them...

1: Nothing 2: No (but you can have pets) 3: New builds usually once a week (bug fixes etc), larger updates about every 2 months
