we flawlessed the mission with 1 warr, 2 ranger, 1 ele team. To be honest decent pulling + kiting > monster AI.

basically agreed above, i would say the staff worth max 3k, hard to sell. the axe is around 5k-10k, unfortunately enchanted condititon on dmg mod...
