I pretty much agree with Wilderness - staff might go for 5-8K and the Scepter might be more like 5-8K (might just be my dislike of the +10% global...
The elite tomes i have seen selling is going for around 15K - but since they are really new and rare (for a few day anyway) you might be able to...
