Hammer are hard to sell as a rule - and your Runic isn&#39;t that special 2-4K The insignia might have been sold out or something (what do i know)...

i would say 15-20K at least on #3 - req 8 is rare and +30 mod is worth 10K in it self (and happens to be the mod most would put on it anyway)
