No. Max energy does nothing for you untill you need it. And when you need it, you weapon swap. To achieve 25 energy... you take a +15% damage/-5...

What, exactly, does this build do that a SH or Mind Blaster can't do better? Without wasting their elite on the shit that is Glads Defense?
