Crucial makes some amazing DDR3, but their DDR2 is horrid right now. GSkill is an excellent choice, as are Cell Shock and TEAM.

Other reviews give it great scores, besting the G15 from Logitech. My friend has one, and I plan on replacing my G15 (blue version) when it dies...
