IMO 15(-10 armor while attacking) is best conditional all the time mod. add a +5 armor pommel and its not that bad...if you are a war that is that...

+45 Hp enchanted tall shield req9....dyed silver. I got it from a drop, and was going to use it, then I found that a 45 -2 enchant was worth alot...
