Most likely, nobody with administrator access to that section has seen the thread/reports yet. Which is somewhat odd.
What is there to discuss here? UnderConstruction is mentioned many times, if you're just looking for info, use search to find them.
There are several other threads about this.
The best possible change would be to remove them from the game.
