This build works really well me and a friend have adapted it and modded it so we can 3 man FoW, 2 man UW,and Solo trolls all faster than any other...
mezmers are great and they are essential to any team But this forum just screams “HELP MY EGO!!!!” And in my opinion (and only that) mezmers...
Im with swordfisher from what I have seen mantr of inscrpitions make blessed sig recharge faster even if activated half way through. i dont know...

just out side of sardelac santanaruim (sp?) it takes 5 planks ans 20 gold to make the parchment. it helps a lot when u need them for scars or tats
