They already have that - they're called priests of Balthazar and they can be found in every PvP area except Ascalon, Yaks, and the guild hall.

Yeah, you can still use the 4 weapon slots, but you can only get 2 sets of weapons at PvP character creation. My advice is to go get the PvE...
