Competitive Missions done with pvp chars?

Will factions put in new maps into the RA/TA lineup? Maps that are based in Cantha.

I had this problem last night. What we did was just keep running away and it stopped following us.

I'm going to merge, don't want to unlock my pvp builds again for alliance battles.
