Running isn't even mentioned in "the rules". Running is NOT a part of the game. I couldn't care less if Mr. Whammo runner comes on...
There are 2-3 gw radio shows that I know off.
I've never seen my fps drop below 60. 200 fps on average.

It's perfectly safe(I believe A.Net has stated it somewhere). I use FRAPS. Never been banned yet.
