This is a neat idea something to make hexers and condition givers afraid of.

I'll buy 3 - possibly 4. one for PvE warrior, PvE ele - though I probably wont play them much...a PvP slot, and maybe a presear or mule character.
Some people have moral or other issues with PvP. You should encourage the combination of PvE/PvP as much as you want, but dont require it.
Like we need PvE to be any easier and less challenging

They are for wearing in town. Supposed to be use-less. there's really no need to make them useful.
