yes they drop..... I have done the zbounties for arbor earthwhatever and kill most of the bosses in the area and have gotten one on more than one...

I used my zaishen coins to unlock the black widow instead of going to the UW for my 5 gold zaishen coins and 100gold....so this is also an option...
