Not a bug, the statues in Cantha have new blessings which can give you +1 in all the attributes of a certain profession. Nice try though.

if everyone found leet 15^50 fellblades/stormbows/chaos'/crystallines, then they wouldnt be worth so much.

For example i have an axe hat, a sword hat, and a nice looking hat (which has an axe rune as that is my current favourite), and on my weapon sets...

the vengeful aatxe arent nice either.. normal attacks do about 70 on my scar armoured necro but when they hit with protectors strike.. over 500

for the +30 unconditional, the nice looking req and skin, i'd say 20-35k (i could be totally wrong though)
